Venue Information: CH2M Hill Alumni Center on the Oregon State University Campus in Corvallis, Oregon

Corvallis is home to Oregon State University and is a cardinal college community. Its classic structures, tree-lined streets and Willamette River frontage make for a picturesque setting. Founded in 1858, the 500-acre Oregon State University is the state's oldest institution of higher education. Activities abound on campus including PAC-10 sporting events, concerts, world-renowned speakers, art exhibits, theater productions and films.
Located only 85 miles south of Portland, and a short distance to Salem, Eugene, the Oregon Coast and the Cascade Mountain Range, the city affords easy access.

Businesses have long realized that Corvallis has   a natural advantage over other Oregon cities when site selection is considered. An area once dominated by farming proves to be fertile ground today for numerous advanced technology industries.

Hewlett Packard operates its largest U.S. manufacturing plant in Corvallis. CH2M HILL, an international engineering firm founded by Oregon State University alumni, is a major employer in town, and several government agencies maintain operations in the area. Another sector recently experiencing growth has been smaller software development and manufacturing companies.

The business community welcomed the opening of the CH2M HILL Alumni Center, a facility of high quality meeting and banquet rooms. The Center is a 45,000 square foot, two story building located in Corvallis on the campus of Oregon State University, providing customers access to the intellectual capital of OSU faculty and "one-stop-shop" meeting planning and event coordination.

The Center's meeting rooms have state-of-the-art multimedia presentation systems and teleconferencing facilities. The Center is being used for a variety of events: from campus meetings, banquets and professional events to personal events, weddings, nonprofit fundraisers and multi-day conferences.
